Office Assistant

I am Shannon. I am a mama to Wilder, a yogi, and an overall women’s health and wellness enthusiast. I was born and raised in the mountains of Pennsylvania and made my journey to settle in Montana in 2019. When I found out that I was pregnant in July of 2020, it was time to pivot in a BIG way. My own health and well-being now directly affected this tiny human I was growing inside of me. I made big changes in my lifestyle, what I was eating, how I was moving, and inviting more rest into my life. I now teach yoga at Our Yoga and continue on my own healing journey so that I can help other women do the same. For my schedule, see https://www.ouryogafamily.com/
